Greg has more than 35 years experience in the construction industry, including project estimating, senior project management, owning a successful general contracting firm and owning a successful construction management-consulting corporation.

Greg's construction experience, as an estimator, craftsman and general contractor, has included many types of structures and site projects, from single-family residential homes to multi-family apartments, condominiums, resort structures and amenities, to commercial structures including office buildings, shopping centers, high-end retail anchor stores and associated sitework, as well as institutional, medical and academic projects. His work experience has taken him from coast to coast, as well as Japan.

Greg has been settled in the Pacific Northwest for the past 25 years. He is a LEED accredited professional and incorporates this knowledge base with his construction background in civil engineering, structures, site-work and building systems. His comprehensive experience allows him to identify key elements of the Bedford process and integrate them into positive solutions for clients.
