Keith Najjar, P.E.
Director of Energy Services


Keith is the director of energy services for Bedford Strategies and Solutions. He has been instrumental in developing Bedford's energy practice, specifically the 45L federal tax credit and EPAct/179D federal tax deduction certifications. Keith has completed over 500 cost segregation studies nationwide. His project experience includes a wide variety of property types including utility plants, office towers, heavy industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities and regional malls.

Keith is a licensed professional engineer and has over 15 years of experience in the consulting and construction fields. Prior to his employment with Bedford, Keith was a structural engineer for a consulting engineering firm responsible for the design of industrial, educational, commercial, medical and marine/waterfront facilities. In addition to structural engineering, he has significant construction experience working as a field engineer for a general contractor and also as a certified diver performing underwater structural condition assessments.

Keith is a senior member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP). He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of New Hampshire
(License No. 10552) and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
