Terri is a partner at Bedford, an industry leader in cost segregation services since 2002. Working with nearly 50 employees nationwide, Terri helps commercial real estate owners and investors realize significant tax savings with this valuable, engineering-based tax depreciation strategy. Bedford also provides cost segregation services to accounting firms that service the commercial real estate industry. During her 23 years in the commercial real estate market Terri has authored numerous articles, and is a frequent speaker on cost segregation studies. She also provides CPE training and practice development seminars to accounting firms nationwide and has presented as part of the CREW Network Leadership Series.

As a co-founder of Bedford’s Mid-Atlantic regional office, Terri developed and
managed relationships with commercial real estate owners and developers and CPA firms at both national and local levels. Prior to joining Bedford, Terri was senior vice president for EMG, one of the nation’s foremost engineering and environmental consulting firms, where she managed national accounts, directed a national sales program, developed and implemented innovative programs and services including cost segregation studies, and created training programs for clients and employees.

She previously worked for Environmental Science & Engineering for a dozen years,
monitoring developing environmental regulations and building the firm’s real estate transfer services practice in Connecticut, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.

Terri served on the CREW Network board of directors in 2008/2009. She is a member of CREW Philadelphia, where she served as president in 2001. In 2008, Terri served as the liaison to the Membership Diversity Task Force. In 2009, Terri chaired the CREW Network Audit Committee and was the board liaison to the Resource Development Committee. Terri was a member of the CREW Foundation Board of Trustees in 2004, and was a Network Delegate in 2003 and in 2002. Terri is an associate member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP). She is a member of VetPartners, the Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia (AAGP), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Terri is also on the Legislation Committee for the Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia and the Advisory Board of Resonate, LLC.
