Becky has over 10 years in the financial industry and works with many CPA firms in supporting their cost segregation practices. Prior to joining Bedford, Becky began her Investment Advisory Career at a small boutique firm on Wall Street in 1990 where she was a Junior Broker. After learning the ropes, she moved into the trading arena and traded stocks and bonds for several years before going back to public selling. Upon her return from Wall Street, Becky became a Vice President Investment Advisor for First Tennessee Brokerage. She was responsible for business development in the Knoxville Northeast bank branches and compliance of trade practices for the Knoxville Region.
Since joining Bedford, Becky has lectured extensively on the subject of cost segregation both through private seminars for Bedford clients and public seminars for CPA firms and societies. In addition, Becky has served as guest speaker at The University of Tennessee’s Singleton B. Wolfe Memorial Tax Conference.
Becky is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
